EMPLOYEE EVALUATION
PROGRAM (EEP)
In the constant pursuit of best talent, we often encounter challenges in truly understanding a candidate beyond the resume and interviews. As you know, appearances can sometimes be deceiving. Candidates can present an impressive front during interviews but may harbor qualities that aren’t apparent on the surface – work habits, social skills, and potential challenges.
Graphology, as a science, has proven to be an indispensable and valuable tool in various industries, aiding in recruitment, team dynamics, and ongoing employee evaluations. It delves deep into a candidate’s mindset, decision-making process, and organizational skills. It provides insights into their work ethic, suitability for specific roles, and even their interpersonal dynamics. Given the dynamic nature of the any industry, interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of clients is crucial. Hence integrating Graphology into your HR practices can provide a unique advantage.
